Action Bar's dropdown menu slides off when action bar is small

The <ActionBar/> component menu slides off if you shrink it too small.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

The menu should remain on the action bar, and the other content on the action bar should adjust accordingly.

😯 Current Behavior

The menu slides off of the menu bar and dissapears.

Shrink an ActionBar horizontally to less than 192px and see the menu slide off of the ActionBar.
