This improves Picker in mobile browsers so that it can be used in a form with the native next/previous buttons in the software keyboard to navigate between fields. These typically only support native inputs, so we render a hidden input to capture focus and marshall to the field button. In addition, when navigating with these buttons, the browser fires focus events without a preceding keyboard or touch event. In these cases, we want to show the keyboard focus ring styling so the user can see what is focused.
