Updates chromedriver dependency from v134.0.5 to v136.0.0 to support the latest Chrome browser versions.

This update ensures our development environment stays compatible with the latest Chrome versions used for testing. The new chromedriver version adds support for Chrome 136, which helps prevent compatibility issues for developers using the latest browsers.
