code expects. Verified against running database via
information_schema check.

character_legacy_item_lockouts, spell_buckets, character_rebirth,
character_combination_unlocks, skill_difficulty_by_class

New columns: character_buffs.buff_type, spells_new.persist_death,
account.forced_guild_id
