Fixed oy setup installing a plugin layout that OpenCode could not load: the plugin entrypoint is now a direct plugins/oy.js child (with assets under plugins/assets/), mirroring the npm package layout, so the installed plugin registers the oy agent and skills. OpenCode auto-discovery only loads direct .js/.ts children of the plugins/ directory, so the previous plugins/oy/ directory layout was never discovered and the integration silently went missing after 0.14.1 upgrades.
