  • Fixed Windows timezone handling so history filtering and returned timestamps use the correct local timezone.
  • Pinned mcp[cli] to <2.0.0 because the server currently uses the MCP 1.x FastMCP API. (Or click Generate release notes to auto-fill from the merged PRs.)
