✨ Clean up repositories and gists in bulk!

This release adds first-class gist management, safer bulk repository cleanup, and a more secure release pipeline.

• Added ghpew gists to fetch, select, confirm, and delete public or secret gists #36
• Gist choices now show their description or first filename, visibility, and unique ID
• Added ghpew repos --regex '<pattern>' to select repositories by a case-sensitive JavaScript regular expression matched against the full owner/repository name
• Added ghpew repos --list 'owner/repo,owner/repo' to select repositories by exact, comma-separated full names
• Added ghpew repos --force to skip the final deletion or archive confirmation
• Added strict safeguards for bulk selection: invalid options and expressions fail clearly, lists abort if any repository is missing, and empty matches process nothing
• Repository filters can be combined with the existing --archive / -a option
• Matched repositories are displayed before confirmation so bulk operations can be reviewed
• Fixed the Codespaces confirmation flow
• Updated ghpew help and the README with all commands in the order: repositories, gists, Codespaces, and help
• Updated all npm dependencies and GitHub Actions, with no known dependency vulnerabilities
• Raised the minimum supported Node.js version to 20 and added CI coverage for Node.js 20, 22, and 24
• Replaced Mocha with the built-in Node.js test runner and expanded coverage for commands, safeguards, OAuth scopes, pagination, and API endpoints
• Added endpoint-specific OAuth scope validation so each command only checks the permissions it needs
• Migrated npm releases to Trusted Publishing with GitHub OIDC, provenance attestations, and release tag/version validation
