Fixed

  • Fixed the bundled dependency tree so the embedded hoisted retry@0.13.1 matches the CLI manifest while proper-lockfile retains its nested retry@0.12.0.
  • Added package-policy coverage that rejects embedded direct dependency versions which conflict with the CLI declaration.
