Fix for Springer running-title issue #168

Springer uses the <subtitle> tag with content-type="running-title" to give the running title. This patch ignores subtitles with this attribute. A future release may reinstate capturing this field in a dedicated field or attribute in the subtitle element of ingest_data_model.
