v0.0.6: Redesign the phone app as an OLED studio viewfinder

Full-screen camera with corner guides and gradient shade, glass header
(PC sync, live state, phone address and throughput, OLED Sleep), real
stream chips (codec, fps, viewers), zoom pill with lens stops, quick
resolution chips and a bottom deck (camera, torch, stream, focus mode,
settings). Tap-to-focus uses the new reticle. View state moved to
PhoneViewProvider; no setState anywhere in the phone UI. Widgets are
split into common/viewport/header/hud/controls/overlays/settings.

v0.0.5: Add output aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3, 1:1) with fit or fill

A phone held upright produces portrait video. The receiver can now reframe
it natively (bilinear, parallel) into a landscape frame that keeps the
source's short side, e.g. 1080x1920 -> 1920x1080, either padded with black
bars (fit) or center-cropped (fill). Applies to the preview, snapshots and
the virtual camera; the choice is saved.

v0.0.4: Build the virtual camera from softcam source as 'Mini Webcam'

The bundled prebuilt DLL registered as 'AWC Virtual Cam', so the app never
detected the driver and kept the virtual camera off. The Windows build now
compiles tshino/softcam v1.8.1 with our own name, CLSID, shared-memory
names and a static CRT. Install migrates the old registration in a single
elevated step and detection matches the new device name.
