Summary

• rewrites ReadFitsFindingSynthesis setup, read-comprehension, AssetPack synthesis, contract, tool, and PromptPart surfaces around accepted Need, many-candidate Depository search, embeddings/ranking policy, selected-fit provenance, and source-safe preview boundaries
• adds package-backed V41 ReadFitsFinding prompt hardening proof source, generated artifact, generator, checker, protocol test, exports, package scripts, and workflow wiring
• advances V41 roadmap/spec/docs from Gate 5 to Gate 6 and regenerates dependent V41 prompt artifacts
