Wave v0.2.0

The first release worth installing.

Local WhisperKit transcription. Speech to text runs entirely on the Mac, in
about 300ms. The cleanup pass after it goes to Claude Haiku 4.5, in about 500ms.

It pastes into any app, through CGEvent under Development signing.

Snippets. Say a trigger phrase and get the text it stands for.

Auto stop after two seconds of silence, measured against the peak rather
than a fixed threshold, and Whisper's own artifacts ([silence], [sizzling])
filtered out of the transcript.

Siri-style chimes with an adjustable volume, a waveform whose position you can
move including down to the Dock, the model downloaded for you during the setup
wizard, and a custom app icon.

Open Wave.dmg and drag Wave into Applications. This build is signed ad hoc
rather than with a Developer ID, so Gatekeeper refuses the first launch: open
System Settings, Privacy & Security, and the note about Wave near the bottom has
an Open Anyway button. Launch it and it appears in the menu bar, the setup
wizard asks for an API key and downloads the model, and Cmd+Shift+Space starts
dictating anywhere. Requires macOS 26 or later, Apple Silicon, and an Anthropic
API key.
