Wave v0.3.0

Apple Music no longer launches when you toggle recording. Wave checks
through MediaRemote whether anything is actually playing before it sends a pause
or play key. The default playback behaviour is now "Do nothing", for existing
installs as well as new ones.

A failed WhisperKit initialisation no longer means a reinstall. The
initialisation flag resets on error the way it should, and the Models Library
has a Re-download Model button for clearing a corrupted cache.

The Snippets sidebar stopped pushing left. The nested HSplitView is a
proportional HStack now, split 35 to 65.

Open Wave.dmg and drag Wave into Applications. This build is signed ad hoc
rather than with a Developer ID, so Gatekeeper refuses the first launch: open
System Settings, Privacy & Security, and the note about Wave near the bottom has
an Open Anyway button. Requires macOS 14 or later, Apple Silicon, and an
Anthropic or OpenAI API key.
