The sidebar reads its version from the app bundle rather than a hardcoded
"v0.1.0".

Media pause works with browsers. The Now Playing check now recognises
browsers such as Dia, Arc and Chrome, which register with the system but do not
set the playback rate key it was looking for.

Open Wave.dmg and drag Wave into Applications. This build is signed ad hoc
rather than with a Developer ID, so Gatekeeper refuses the first launch: open
System Settings, Privacy & Security, and the note about Wave near the bottom has
an Open Anyway button.
