Dashboard ask_user Viewport Stability

The dashboard’s inline ask_user wizard now stays within the session viewport when it appears after a long transcript.

What changed

  • Contained accessibility controls. Hidden native radios and the options legend now remain inside the transcript scroller, preventing document overflow and focus-induced page jumps.
  • Stable interactions. Selecting or deselecting options and switching question or review tabs keeps the active wizard and compose dock in view.
  • Desktop and mobile coverage. New real-Chromium regression tests exercise long transcripts at narrow and desktop viewport widths.
  • Accessibility preserved. Native radio focus and existing keyboard and screen-reader behavior remain intact.
