v2.55.1
Safer mach6 Issue Creation
mach6-issue CREATE mode now requires an explicit human approval gate before posting.
What changed
- Draft-first issue creation. Initial requests to create, post, or open an issue authorize drafting only, never same-turn posting.
- Complete approval context. The approval gate shows the full title, Markdown body, exact target repository, and proposed labels.
- Scope preservation. Issue bodies retain the original request verbatim, and agent-proposed acceptance criteria require separate confirmation.
- Explicit authorization. Non-approval responses cannot fall through to posting, and edits invalidate prior approval.
- Bound destination. Issue creation passes the confirmed repository explicitly through
--repo. - Regression maintenance. Focused skill contracts protect the guardrails, and Gemini live-test references use the current model identifier.
Implemented in PR 441.
