Tab title model choice and dashboard controls

Pin automatic tab-title generation to an exact model, or clear it back to the automatic route — configurable from settings.json, the RPC API, and the dashboard Settings screen.

What changed

  • Dedicated title model. The new tabTitle.model setting accepts one exact provider/model; when set, the one-shot title call uses it directly instead of routing through the Explore agent's model list.
  • Automatic route preserved. With no pinned model, resolution is unchanged: the Explore agentModels override, then Explore agent frontmatter, then the parent session model — and a failed call still retries once on a different parent model.
  • Dashboard controls. Settings gains a tab title section with an enable toggle and a provider-grouped exact-model picker, including an "automatic (Explore route)" clear row; edits persist durably through the settings RPC and apply to new unnamed sessions.
  • Validated partial updates. set_settings accepts partial tabTitle objects (including model: null to clear), validates atomically before applying, and preserves sibling fields like triggerAfter and maxTitleLength.
  • Tests and documentation. Core resolution, RPC validation/persistence, dashboard UI, and server round-trip are covered; settings, RPC, and dashboard docs plus all READMEs describe the new setting and controls.
