AI SDLC Harness is a repo-local control layer for bounded, reviewable AI-assisted software changes.

Install with:

uv tool install ai-sdlc-harness

Or use pipx install ai-sdlc-harness. Python 3.11 or newer is required.

Supported coding-agent integrations: Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI.

Trust boundaries:

  • Harness does not call an AI model.
  • Harness does not automatically run project commands or tests.
  • Harness does not modify root AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, or GEMINI.md.
