The administrative interface is isolated from the storefront routing and is protected by role-based access controls. Key capabilities include:
- Real-time inventory management and product CRUD operations.
- Order fulfillment tracking and status mutation.
- System analytics and revenue monitoring.
Ensure you have Node.js (v18+) and npm installed on your system before proceeding.

Install dependencies
npm install

Initialize the database
npx prisma generate npx prisma db push

Seed the database Execute the seeding script to populate the development database with the required administrative user and initial product catalog.
npm run prisma db seed

Start the development server
npm run dev
The storefront will be available at http://localhost:3000.
The administrative dashboard is accessible at http://localhost:3000/admin.
This application is designed to be deployed on Vercel or any standard Node.js hosting environment. For production deployment:
- Provision a PostgreSQL database and update the
DATABASE_URLenvironment variable. - Configure OAuth providers and secure secret keys for NextAuth.
- Execute the standard build process:
