Ember 1.0
Ember 1.0 — the first public release of Ember — a terminal for working alongside coding agents. PowerShell underneath, untouched.
- Bring your own CLI: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor Agent, OpenCode, Copilot CLI. First launch detects what you have and installs the rest.
- No API keys, anywhere. Every AI feature — including the orchestrator — runs through the CLI you pick, on your own plan. Ember stores no credentials.
- The panel beside every terminal, which your agent draws on — diagrams, tables, mockups, buttons that answer back.
- The orchestrator sees every session and hands them work.
- Todo & notes your agent reads, fills and clears.
- The map — a living architecture view of a project, kept up to date by your agent.
- Cinder, the session mascot. 49 themes. Splits. Ctrl+K for everything.
