  • Reject default as session agent — createSession with agentId: "default" now throws immediately; it's a prompt overlay, not a selectable agent
  • TUI filesystem artifact fallback — artifact downloads use FilesystemArtifactStore when Azure Blob is not configured
  • TUI remote-mode session policy — loads session-policy.json and agent definitions from plugin directory even without embedded workers
  • Builder templates — default.agent.md semantics documented; launcher scripts standardized to run.sh (local + remote); session policy enforcement noted for both modes
  • Azure deployer — new constraint: never reuse existing resources without approval; lessons learned for RBAC conditional access, PostgreSQL region restrictions, Key Vault CSI
