PilotSwarm v0.5.75 makes opt-in Base Agent V2 discover named capabilities before substitutes, report meaningful milestones, and continue driving an authorized outcome through partial blockers. agents.base_v2 remains off by default, allows user overrides, and only takes effect when Native Copilot tasks are enabled.

The portal now loads system and regular sessions independently, follows every keyset page, rejects invalid continuation cursors, deduplicates the merged catalog, and requests only sessions visible to the signed-in viewer. The paginated management API adds compatible systemFilter and viewerOnly options; existing callers retain their prior default behavior.

Validation: the PostgreSQL release gate passed 219 files and 2,060 tests with 16 intentional skips and zero failures. Live PilotSwarm AKS checks covered DeepWiki capability activation, milestone continuation, six-page catalog loading, system-session separation, deduplication, and exclusion of another user's private session. HorizonDB was intentionally not run for this release.
