Render durable model commentary as ordinary visible Agent: transcript messages instead of collapsed Agent update disclosures.
Apply the same behavior to live event delivery and paged history replay.
Preserve compact transient streaming previews and the existing final-answer promotion behavior.

Production build passed.
Shared UI suite passed: 820 tests.
Live-turn browser suite passed: 11 tests.
Focused commentary regressions passed for live delivery, history replay, and transient-preview replacement.
