What's new

  • Zero config now means preset: "light". Strings are encoded, identifiers renamed and syntax rewritten, at about 1.5× the input size. Pick medium, hard or extreme for stronger output: presets.
  • Engine @afterpack/core 0.2.1. Per-token protection on a recalibrated preset ladder, and a Protection Map that colours every transformed token and lists rewritten declarations. 0.2.1 also fixes a seed-dependent bug where a rewritten switch, ?./?? or private class field could capture an outer variable with the same generated name.
  • The CLI and plugins now require @afterpack/core 0.2 or newer. afterpack 0.2.0 installs engine 0.2.1.

Upgrade: npm i -D afterpack@latest, or the @afterpack/* plugin for your framework.
