Added Tests to the Example App

I've added a few sample tests to the example app to explain the best approach to test apps using Wirekit

Return data alongside errors when present

• Wirekit now parses data received alongside an error response.
• New Sample application included

• Adds a default JSONDecoder() to WKRequest
• Update tests accordingly
