Float menu button over feed; maintain scroll position on prepend

- Menu button + pulsing dot are now absolutely positioned over the list
  so they stay visible while scrolling. A matching paddingTop on the
  list keeps content from starting behind the button.
- Added maintainVisibleContentPosition so prepending new articles at the
  top doesn't shift the user's current reading position.
