First release. Replaces the SVG Support plugin in themes that render their own templates.

• Users with the unfiltered_html capability can upload SVG files: administrators and editors on a single site, super admins on a multisite.
• Files are not sanitized. A warning under the upload area, on the Add Media File screen and in the media modal, asks to upload SVG files only from a trusted source.
• The width and height of each SVG are stored on upload, read from the viewBox, then from the width and height attributes.
• An SVG returns its URL and dimensions at every image size, so wp_get_attachment_image_src(), wp_get_attachment_image() and Timber's image.src( size ) work.
• French translation included.

To replace SVG Support, delete it from Plugins rather than only deactivating it, so its option is removed. SVG files already in the media library keep working.
