Added

  • Scan an exact GitHub skill directory with tree/<ref>/<path> URLs.
  • Scan a skill directly from a blob/<ref>/<path>/SKILL.md URL.
  • Download only the requested GitHub subtree during sparse scans.

Fixed

  • Discover nested skills independently and exclude child-skill files from parent scores.
  • Preserve policy failBelow in the GitHub Action when no explicit input override is supplied.
  • Use the selected GitHub ref consistently across API, tarball, and git fallbacks.

Verified

  • 19 automated tests pass on Node.js 20 and 24.
  • npm audit --omit=dev reports 0 vulnerabilities.
  • Clean npx skill-preflight@latest GitHub path scan verified.
