Breaking changes

• Removed nightshift CLI — the standalone nightshift command and its packages/nightshift/ package have been removed from the workspace. The Night Shift fix daemon engine (agentfox.nightshift.*) is unchanged and continues to power the fix pipeline internally. If you were running nightshift directly, use the [night_shift] config section with the agentfox library instead.
