A14-30: .SubsetMultiPhylo() copies per-tree attributes unsubsetted, so they describe the input not the returned subset #115

Description

@ms609

R/WideSample.R:382-392 — any per-tree attribute (including firstHit, which is meant to count trees per search stage) is carried over at full input length onto the subsetted output, so it continues to describe the pre-subset input rather than the trees actually returned.

Verified REAL (haiku verifier, code-read).

Fix: subset any per-tree attribute alongside the trees themselves.
