USL v0.1.0 — storage, capture, and cross-harness handoff
USL v0.1.0 — storage, capture, and cross-harness handoff
This is the first public validation release of Universal Session Log (USL / SESDB).
What is included
usl-core— an append-only, checksummed session-log store with deterministic
crash recovery and stable cross-harness session identity.usl-capture— incremental JSONL capture that remains correct across arbitrary
write boundaries.@agent-session-protocol/usl-convert— import and handoff across Pi, Claude Code,
Codex, and Dimagent through an evidence-preserving ASP bundle.- SESDB Console and docs — an interactive sample-data console, architecture explorer,
bilingual product site, and evidence-backed architecture wiki.
Install the converter
The package is published to GitHub Packages and requires a GitHub token with
read:packages access:
npm config set @agent-session-protocol:registry https://npm.pkg.github.com
npm install @agent-session-protocol/usl-convert@0.1.0
npx usl-convert list-formatsThe release also includes the npm tarball and the verified usl-core crate archive for
reproducible inspection. usl-capture is prepared for crates.io and can follow after
usl-core is published there.
Current boundaries
- SessionQL is still an RFC; v0.1.0 does not claim a working query engine.
usl-fuseis an experimental, paused adapter and is not published.- The interactive console uses static sample data and is intended for product evaluation.
