• Removed the unused production js-yaml dependency, eliminating exposure to GHSA-52cp-r559-cp3m (quadratic CPU consumption through YAML merge-key chains) (#381).

• Restored Cursor and Kiro installation after a core sync removed adapter discovery and transformation functions still called by agentsys --tool cursor and agentsys --tool kiro (#380, #381).
• Scoped Jest worktree ignore patterns to the repository root so tests run when AgentSys itself is checked out under a worktrees directory (#381).
