Changed

• Rewrite the agent-facing text for current models: AGENTS.md, the /agnix
  command, the agnix-agent agent and both agnix skills. Rules are stated once
  with their reasons; the "follow the flow exactly, no deviations" rails are
  gone; the revuto-review merge rule now says not to wait when revuto is
  capped. Rule IDs, count phrases, tier lines and config keys are unchanged.

Fixed

• Preserve the workspace root for nested directory and watch scans so command
  and skill wrappers can import files from the project root without REF-001.
  Workspace-relative exclusions still apply, and scans stay limited to the
  requested paths (#1629).
• /agnix reported zero issues when the agent's AGNIX_RESULT block was
  missing; it now shows the raw output. The result block now carries the
  diagnostics the report table needs.
• agnix-agent loaded the skill with the Skill tool. The skill shares its name
  with the /agnix command, so that call can load the command and spawn the
  agent again. The agent now runs the CLI itself.
• The plugin skill defaulted --target to claude-code, while the command and
  the CLI default to generic. The skill now uses the CLI default, and the
  command, agent and skills accept kiro.
