ci: fork-first e2e (devkit pin + secrets: inherit) - #3

Bump the vendored devkit to fork-first main (ghcr login + nonroot-boot harness + disk reclaim) and switch the caller to secrets: inherit so GHCR_PULL_TOKEN reaches the reusable workflow. The e2e now runs on the default fork image. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
