Depfix 0.10.2 adds the reviewed runtime APIs for requirements-file defaults, installed-store imports, and safe package removal.

  • depfix.default_requirements(path) transactionally activates grouped requirements and constraints.
  • depfix.patch_import() / depfix.unpatch_import() provide an explicit reversible installed-store fallback, enabled automatically by depfix run.
  • depfix uninstall and its Python API support normalized names, exact versions, and PEP 440 ranges while protecting preparation and active runtimes.
  • Installed package inspection remains available through depfix list and depfix tree.
  • Windows named file: requirements and cross-process usage-store contention are corrected.

The uv compile/resolver-performance architecture remains research-only and is not implemented in this release.
