• Reporter is always synchronous. ctx.reporter.info()/.warning()/.error()/.report()
  are plain methods now, not coroutines - drop the await at every call site. SyncReporter is
  gone; ToolCtx.reporter returns the same Reporter whether the body runs on the event loop or
  a worker thread. The buffer it enqueues into is thread-safe either way.
