Added
A public roadmap (#723). /resources/roadmap states where AgentDeck is going: reach across
protocols through 6.x, programmable execution and debugging in v7, isolation and sandboxing in
v8, and rooms, automation, batteries and operations as directions rather than a release order. No
dates. Protocol sequencing stays authoritative in the repository's protocol roadmap.
Changed
Ask Jack says he is away before you type, rather than after (#224). The docs site checks the
assistant's /health on load: when it is unreachable the launcher reads "Jack is away" and takes
no question, instead of accepting one and failing on send. A backend that answers with an error
reads differently from one that is not running.
The observability extra now requires Langfuse 4.x (#748). langfuse>=4.15.2 and openinference-instrumentation-openai-agents>=2.4.1, up from >=2.60 and >=0.1. Langfuse 4
is past their OpenTelemetry rewrite, so an environment pinning Langfuse 2.x will not resolve agentdeck-sdk[observability] until it moves. AgentDeck's own observer surface is unchanged: Deck(observers=[Langfuse()]) is the same call and the same behavior.
