V9.3.2 AgentDoc patch contract

  • Tightens the published adoc.patch.v0 JSON Schema to match the shipped parser structure.
  • Adds operation-specific base_hash, changes, placement, proposer, and unknown-member validation.
  • Keeps adoc.patch.v0, patch check, and patch apply behavior wire-compatible.

The release workflow publishes checksum-verified Linux x86_64 and arm64 CLI archives.
