MAF RC2 Dependency Upgrade ⬆️

Changed

  • MAF upgraded from 1.0.0-rc1 to 1.0.0-rc2 — All three MAF package references (Microsoft.Agents.AI, Microsoft.Agents.AI.OpenAI, Microsoft.Agents.AI.Workflows) updated to 1.0.0-rc2. Zero public API breaking changes — every AgentEval dependency is byte-identical between RC1 and RC2. RC2 contains only internal telemetry restructuring (session-level OTel spans in Workflows), two internal resource leak fixes, and three new additive [Experimental] APIs (Agent Skills, builder-level context providers, stored-output-disabled client). Transitive Microsoft.Agents.ObjectModel bumped 2026.2.3.1 → 2026.2.4.1.
