Summary

  • Lead with Quick Start (brew install + .mcp.json) instead of graph isomorphism theory
  • Add "What You Get" section showing concrete get_overview output
  • Move graph theory and detailed MCP config into collapsible <details> sections
  • Tighten landscape table with honest codebase-memory-mcp comparison
  • Net -178 lines — less to read, faster to act on

Restructure README to lead with Quick Start (brew install + .mcp.json)
instead of graph isomorphism theory. Add "What You Get" section showing
concrete agent output. Move graph theory and MCP config details into
collapsible sections. Tighten landscape table with honest competitor
comparison (codebase-memory-mcp).

Add paths-ignore to the push trigger so markdown, docs, examples,
and LICENSE changes don't trigger a full kiln release cycle.
Tests still run on PRs via the pull_request trigger.
