Identity & structure release — renames only, no code change.

• Org agentsec-ecosystem → agentic-suite; active repos prefixed agentsec-*.
• Import module agentwatch → agentsec_agentwatch; CLI → agentsec-agentwatch; PyPI distribution unchanged (agentsec-agentwatch).
• v0.3.x shims keep import agentwatch, the old CLI names, and agent_exec_trace working. Migration guide: docs/release/v0.3.0/migration-guide.md.
• No new v0.3.0 field-test report (no code change); the v0.2.0 field test remains the latest validation (92 PASS · 0 FAIL).

Install: pip install agentsec-agentwatch==0.3.0
