Hephaestus v0.2.1

What changed

• Rewrote the top install path so Claude Code and Codex plugin installs come first.
• Separated OS terminal commands from in-chat slash commands.
• Documented that Codex uses the singular codex plugin command, while Claude also accepts claude plugins as an alias.
• Added /Hephaestus command files for Claude and Codex plugin payloads.
• Added /Hephaestus ontology and bin/hephaestus ontology paths that create a project-local ontology GUI at .agentlas/ontology-gui/index.html.
• Packaged the ontology runtime inside both Claude and Codex plugin roots so plugin installs include the runtime.
• Updated the standalone installer to copy bin/ and bumped manifests/docs to 0.2.1.
