Hephaestus Stormbreaker robustness docs + 32 version pins → v0.7.0.

  • Renamed the Robustness Protocol to Hephaestus Stormbreaker across docs/robustness-protocol.md and docs/robustness-eval.md.
  • Added the operational-robustness honesty boundary: the strict 30-task SWE-bench Lite pilot does not show public benchmark superiority (native 22/30, baseline 21/30, Stormbreaker 21/30). The supported claim is the evidence-weighted operational robustness ladder, not raw benchmark wins.
  • Added Reflexion / Self-Refine / SWE-agent research sources and the issue_contract + failure_memory states.
  • bump-version.sh synced all 32 version pins.
