Memory Relation Graph (typed edges, near-duplicate dedup, structural supersede, fail-loud graph query) and Stormbreaker Run Journal (append-only step ledger with resume, loop hard-stop, dangling-step repair) plus a verifier-first gate and clarification interrupt so a run is never called done before its checks pass.
