Highlights

  • Adds no-terminal app-host auto-update preflight to /hep-build, /hep-network, /hep-cloud, /hep-search, /hep-call, and /hep-upload surfaces across Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Antigravity, Cursor, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Hermes, and AgentSkills.
  • Resolves ~/.agentlas/runtime/current/bin/hephaestus before stale Claude/Codex plugin cache runners, so a refreshed neutral runtime wins.
  • Documents the app-only update boundary: hosts with no shell/exec/MCP/local-file mutation path, or very old command files without preflight, still need one marketplace/plugin refresh or one one-touch install.
  • Keeps v0.7.30 hardening: release markers in plugin caches, race-safe update cache writes, runner import isolation, plugin-cache self-healing, and non-interactive /hep-upload.
