Hephaestus v0.7.5

What changed

• Fresh installs and updates now expose exactly three public Hephaestus chat surfaces: hephaestus-build, hephaestus-network, and hephaestus-cloud.
• Legacy visible chat entries such as /hephaestus, /prompts:hephaestus, and old internal support skills are pruned during install/update.
• Claude Code now exposes Hephaestus as command-only components, so the connector details show Skills (3) instead of duplicate command+skill entries or stale folders like 0-7-4.
• Codex keeps the explicit prompt surface: /prompts:hephaestus-build, /prompts:hephaestus-network, and /prompts:hephaestus-cloud.
• The installer clears stale Claude/Codex plugin caches before reinstalling and avoids macOS case-insensitive symlink collisions in the runtime home.
