Hephaestus v0.7.7

Hephaestus v0.7.7 is a search-quality patch for the new power-user search/call surface.

Highlights:

• /hephaestus-search now retries broad or Korean market/report requests with high-signal intent tokens when Hub search asks for clarification or returns no candidates.
• The market-report example now returns Cloud/Hub sections with Hub candidates, descriptions, why explanations, and receipt metadata without invoking agents.
• Version pins, installer defaults, Claude/Codex/Gemini package metadata, README, and changelog now point at v0.7.7.

Validation:

• scripts/ao-gate.sh passed: AO lint, AO drift check, 131 pytest tests.
• scripts/verify-package.sh passed.
• scripts/verify-one-touch-install.sh passed for v0.7.7 across Claude, Codex, Gemini, MCP, and ontology GUI smoke.
