Hephaestus v0.7.8 restores Super Ontology candidate-only sync invariants while preserving the AO kernel enforced state.

Highlights:

  • Consensus coordination and capability delegation authority remain AO runtime-enforced seed contracts.
  • Public package seeds now keep runtimePromotionAllowed=false so candidate-only public exports cannot promote themselves into runtime authority.
  • Power-user search/call JSON now includes stable schema identifiers for client routing.
  • Architecture sync passes across public core, Web, Desktop/terminal, AppBridge, and Super Ontology candidate checks.

Validation:

  • scripts/ao-gate.sh passed: AO lint, AO drift check, 131 pytest tests.
  • scripts/verify-one-touch-install.sh passed for v0.7.8.
  • scripts/sync-check.sh passed.
  • Korean Hephaestus-search smoke returned Hub candidates with fallback intent expansion.
  • Agentlas.cloud production smoke and Hephaestus MCP verifier passed during this release train.
