v1.0.3 - 2026-06-30

• Release metadata and docs synced. Runtime manifests, MCP server metadata,
  plugin package manifests, one-touch install defaults, Codex install docs, and
  tests now consistently point at v1.0.3 so new installs and update checks no
  longer straddle the v1.0.2 tag.
• README release notes corrected. The top-level English and Korean READMEs
  now describe the current release line instead of showing the older 100K
  routing copy under the latest patch heading.
• Plugin mirrors stay aligned. The mirrored Claude Code and Codex plugin
  bundles carry the same v1.0.3 metadata as the root runtime.
