Hephaestus v1.1.1

  • Added the Telegram gateway channel contract: schema, template, verifier, and architecture note.
  • Added /hep-connect for Claude Code, /prompts:hep-connect for Codex, and the Agentlas workflow entrypoint.
  • Updated one-touch install verification so Claude shows seven Hephaestus commands and Codex installs hep-connect.
  • Bumped runtime, plugin, MCP, Gemini, installer, and test metadata to 1.1.1.
